We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications to join our team:
Skill requirements for this role include being a fast learner and motivated self-starter. Strong attention to detail and work ethic are required to maintain accountability in this role. You will be creating purchase orders from our marina software and assigning to work order tasks. You will be ordering parts for jobs and inventory. This role will perform physical inventories. Must maintain strong relationships with our Vendors, must be organized and able to work under pressure and as a team player. This role will be responsible for shipping/receiving, RMAs.
This entry level position carries a variety of tasks including but not limited to hauling/launching, detailing, bottom painting, routine maintenance of your year and buildings, on-the-job training is provided. Must be flexible with other assigned tasks by the Crew Supervisor.
Must have experience applying a variety of marine varnish and paint products including stripping finishes, also willing to do other projects in the yard.
Work includes polishing/waxing, painting, cleaning and assisting in a wide range of processes. Must have experience applying a variety of marine varnish and paint products; including stripping finishes.
Requires familiarity with fork lifts and other heavy equipment. Crane operation desirable. General boat experience a plus; hauling/launching and routine maintenance of yard and buildings, must be flexible with other assigned tasks by Crew Supervisor.
